We ship to virtually any address in the world.


We are using U.S.P.S. insured mail or insured registered mail for all our shipments, Glass items are shipped by UPS Ground.

Delivery Time

Available merchandise is shipped next day after you place the order and you can expect the shipment within 7 – 10 business days. Back order items take 3 – 6 weeks. When you place an order with, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates and email you this information with the order confirmation.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is free at There are no shipping charges on any of our items.

Sales Tax

Hawaiian Sales tax of 4.712% will be charged for purchases shipped within the State of Hawaii. All other destinations are free of tax.

Our Returns Policy

At Royal Gold Hawaii, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange, replace, or return for credit your purchase when it is presented in “like new” saleable condition. You may return most items sold by within 10 days of delivery for a full refund.
Customized items (such as Hawaiian Heirloom Jewelry with your name) and other items that have been personalized according to your specification are not returnable. Please, check your sales receipt for more information.
We will also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
For your protection, retain a copy of the original sales receipt or gift receipt. Pack the merchandise using the original shipping box or mailer. Enclose the original merchandise receipt or original gift receipt in the shipment. Send your return package back to Royal Gold, Inc. via the Post Office, UPS or other service following the return instructions on the back of your Order Summary.
For items that were sent to you insured, return them on your own, insuring them for the full value.
Keep your shipping receipt until the credit for your return appears on your statement.

Seal and label

Seal the package securely with tape. Affix the return label to the outside of your package. Please use clear tape or glue when affixing the label.
Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your return. We will credit or refund the value of the item and any taxes you were charged (excluding delivery charges).

Returning a gift?

If the item you are returning was not designated as a gift when purchased or if it was not shipped directly to you from, please, note that the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
